HubSpot implementation and workflow automation
A HubSpot portal set up around how you actually sell: pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages and permissions, plus the workflows that route leads and keep deals moving.
Short answerMap how you sell before configuring anything. Then build pipelines, properties and lifecycle stages to match, set permissions, and add automation for routing, follow-ups and stage updates, scripted where possible so the setup is documented and repeatable.
What’s included
- Pipelines and stages that match your real sales process.
- Properties and custom objects for the data your team actually uses.
- Lifecycle stages and lead status defined so marketing and sales agree on them.
- Teams and permissions configured from day one.
- Workflows for lead routing, follow-up tasks, deal stage updates and notifications.
- Existing data brought in cleanly. See CRM data migration.
Built so it can be rebuilt
On a larger build I provisioned 5 custom objects, 81 custom properties and 4 deal pipelines with scripts that re-run cleanly, so the configuration lives in documented code rather than in someone’s memory of what they clicked.
Common questions
Can you work in a portal we already use?
Yes. I review what’s already there before changing anything, so existing reports, lists and workflows keep working.
When do custom objects make sense?
When your business tracks things HubSpot has no standard object for, such as branches, purchase orders or inventory movements. Custom objects keep them in the CRM with proper associations instead of in spreadsheets. They’re only available on HubSpot plans that include them.
Will our team be shown how it works?
Yes. Launch includes walking your team through the setup, plus documentation of what was built and why.
