Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information TechPad Inc. (“TechPad”, “I”) collects through techpad.ca, how it’s used, and the choices you have. Questions go to ali.ismail@techpad.ca.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company and message.
• Meeting bookings: the details you enter when booking a call, such as your name, email and the time you choose.
• Website usage: pages viewed, referring site and similar information, collected with cookies from HubSpot’s tracking code. A banner on the site lets you know these cookies are in use.

How it’s used

• To reply to you and to prepare for and hold the calls you book.
• To provide and improve TechPad’s services, and to understand which pages are useful.
• To send occasional email about TechPad’s services only where you have agreed to receive it, with an unsubscribe link in every message.

TechPad doesn’t sell personal information.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions, bookings and website usage data are stored in TechPad’s HubSpot account. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long it’s kept

Information is kept for as long as it’s needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information TechPad holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing ali.ismail@techpad.ca. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings at any time.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
